This auction is for a vintage hand blown glass pitcher / carafe by Blenko. Design 547, a Wayne Husted design for the 1954 catalog. This design was available with or without a Crystal stopper. This one was ground for a stopper, but somewhere along the way it has gone missing - no stopper. In Charcoal. Excellent condition. About 10" tall and about 7.5" in diameter.

For items shipping in boxes larger than 12x12x12 I typically use UPS. I typically offer a USPS parcel post rate as well, since that may end up being less expensive in some cases. No matter what shipping service I use, you can be sure the glass will be packed very well. I will combine shipping when it is safe and practical to do so. If putting more than one piece in a box greatly increases the chance of breakage, I won't combine. Combined shipping is at my discretion only. IMPORTANT: If you win more than one auction, contact me PRIOR to paying so I can make any invoice adjustments.Payment is expected NLT 72 hours after the auction's ending time. In the event payment is not received by then, a non-paying case will automatically be opened. If you have any questions, please ask.Seasonal note: Glass does not like sudden temperature changes. So if your box of glass has been sitting in a hot delivery truck or out in the heat on your porch, PLEASE don't take it into your nice cool house and open it right up.
