"Antique 9ct Rose Gold Double Kerb Link Albert Chain & Fob" Circa 1900 52.9g
The chain is in very condition with no damage and it is complete with two secure dog clips, a fob and a t-bar. It is hallmarked on the dog clip "9 375" for 9 carat gold and the chain is hallmarked on every link "375" on one side and "9" on the other side also for 9 carat gold and the t-bar is also hallmarked the same. The link is an graduated kerb link which measures 4mm wide graduating to 6mm wide at t...he largest. The chain measures 18" in length (long enough to be worn around the neck if desired) and it weighs a very heavy 52.9 grams. It also has a 9ct rose gold fob which is set with a carnelian base, there is some damage to the shoulders of the fob commensurate with its age and use. A lovely example of a gents 9ct rose gold albert chain which would make a lovely addition to any gold pocketwatch. Please view my other items as I am selling other similar pocket watches and chains.
