This is a cool charm pendant, as well as a pill box or locket, it is crafted i solid 14K yellow gold. The pendant has a different design like a "badge" shape, it has a flower etched atop, the flower is the arrangement of 12 natural white Spaniel, encircled 6 of natural Sapphire, and it center with one large Spaniel. The gemstones are 2.0mm in size, combine gemstone weight is 0.75ctw. It has a hidden locket under the top, see photo.
