I have too many projects and will never finish them all in my lifetime so I'm liquidating dozens of projects that have been in the drawer for decades.This is a 12 size 21Jewel three adjustments Penn special in a 14k gold filled case.The case is very nice but showing brass on the sharp edges. The movement has a gold gear train and gold plated screws and regulator . This watch is not running because it has a broken balance staff. This is a very nice watch. T...his watch is for sale as is!
