I don't know if this is a copy of an old piece or designed by the person that made it .I also don't know if this is stoneware , very heavy weighs 6 lbs without being packaged..
Someone told me it would have been made in the 1970s or 80s.The worn looking spots are under the glaze, I guess meant to make it look old.
Measures 12" long, 9 3/4" wide, 6 3/4" to highest point, bowl is 2 5/8" deep.
Very interesting piece, had potpourri in it when I bought it.
