Antique Georgian ring. 15k pink gold, diamonds, emeralds and ruby. Made in England circa 1800 - 1820 during the Regency era. Measurements: US size 7.5. Weighs 3.9 grams. Description : Giardinetti rings are rings in the form of a vase of flowers. Simple rose cut gems, closed at the back, typical of Georgian jewelry, with the gold pulled around the stones. Gold has a definite pink tone. Gems are bright and lively. Shank is a simple band with engraved foliage, in keeping with the botanic ...theme. Highly wearable and attractive. Ring was possibly worn over gloves which would account for the convenient size for today's women. Marks: No marks as is to be expected of jewelry from this period.
