2003 Toys R Us Legendary Wells Fargo Bank Billy Spotted Appaloosa Pony Plush . (See Photos) Billy is about 13" (inches) long from tip of nose to end of hind quarters. Billy is in great shape and still has tush tag though they are faded (you can still see date and the Toys R Us logo). (See Photos) Plush is clean and has one hoof that is different color (from factory). (See Photos) The pony is designed to flop. (See photos)
