Offered is a ELGIN 616 Pocket Watch - 16s - 17j - Open Face - 10K Rolled Gold Plate Case 1951.
The rolled gold plating has held onto this case very well. The back of the case appears to have a small dent.
The winder seems to be locked up. I turn to the right just a little and parts start to move in the mov't and the seconds hand starts to turn but I cant get the knob to wind up. This could simply be locked on the mov't to protect the mov't when not in use o...r something more serious could be going on.
