SOUTHERN RHODESIA: King Edward VIII Retro 1937 Crown, very rare, hallmarked 925 silver proof + capsule - top grade (my ref. 497.33)2011 Krause Catalogue of Unusual Worlds Coins ref. no. KM X # 1: proof $55.00.This coin was struck in the early 1990s as part of the medallic INA King Edward VIII retro crown series. he abdicated in 1936 but the coin is dated 1937.This "hallmarked" sterling silver version ...is very rare with a mintage of only 500 coins.It has adiameter of 37.97 mm, weighs 24.38 grams and was struck in .925 silver.
