TODD FEIERTAG is a name that issynonymous with Vintage Movie Posters since he's been buying and selling themfor 57 years!! On MARCH 1, 1997 he conducted a single owner sale ofhis own material at Sotheby's(the largest auction house in the World) in NewYork which was the most successful movie poster auction of all time. Many ofthe rare posters were the finest examples in existence and/or the only knownexamples. Included in that auction was an original one sheet for THE MUMMY(1932) which sold for $453, 500.00, morethan doubling the previous high record for a poster. An astounding amountat that time and an auction record which stood for almost eighteen years.
