Items not available for shipment through the eBay Global Shipping Program will be sent using Registered Mail ($36.95)... for items up to $1000 and Express Mail ($79.95) for items over $1000.
Shipping Address: I only ship to the address listed in the PayPal payment. Please do not ask me to ship to another address.
Payment: PayPal payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing. Unpaid Item Cases automatically open if payment is not received by the 8th day after auction closing. Please do not email me after the auction has ended, asking that I cancel the sale because you: entered an incorrect bid amount; realized this is a duplicate; realized sales tax is charged; failed to read the shipping terms; stepped away from your computer and your cat placed a bid; etc. These requests will be ignored and I will let the eBay Unpaid Item system deal with you.
Partial Refunds: I do not give partial refunds. If you are not happy with an item, feel free to return it. Asking for a partial refund so you won't return an item is poor form and will get you blocked from my auctions.
Slab Scratches & Chips: Slabs are fragile and can scratch and chip easily. If a slab arrives chipped and it was not mentioned in the auction or visible in the picture, you may return it for a refund, but I will not have it reholdered for you or offer you a discount to keep it.
