Back then you could drink when you were 18 but you couldn’tbuy beer on Sunday. The mayor of a tiny town in Pitt County called Falkland sawan opportunity and seized it. He got a town ordinance passed allowing beersales on Sunday afternoon, which naturally produced a steady stream of EastCarolina students each and every Sabbath. When you heard the phrase, ‘“Falklandrun!’” echoing through the dorm, you were automatically expected to kick in acouple of bucks. Interestingly enough, the mayor also owned the firstconvenience store you came to inside of Falkland.

Now, I admit that some of the details herein are a bit fuzzy.But, hey, I was drinking at the time.yeah, the boogie is'private'...you need an invite from an attendee, its a lot of fun...whats thedate? i know many in the boogie gang i can check with to see if its it.
really laid back...freaks being freaks, there is a littleculty/creepiness to some there, but its all good natured back toearth/recharging type stuffIt is a free for all, invite only throw down. I haven't been in 10 years. It is great to experienceonce. I went to 3 and it was 2 too many.
It is a bunch of older heads parting like they did in their20's. It is fun and sad all at the same time.
