These are vintage fire engines made by Sun Rubber. Two of them have Mickey Mouse at the wheel and Donald Duck on the back, the other one has Donald Duck driving and Pluto on the back. Donald's head has come out, was reglued, and is loose again. Sitting on a shelf it stays in just fine. The faded truck does not have any wheels.
