Mid-Century Modern Empoli Italian Art Glass Hand Blown Optic Rib Blue 7 1/4" Brandy Snifter Chalice VaseIce Blue Color is Stunning!From the Empoli Region of Italy - Circa 1960sFeatures an Optic Panel / Rib Design with Scalloped RimMeasures approx. 7 1/4" H x 3 3/4" Rim D x 4 3/8" Base DVERY GOOD CONDITION ~ No nicks, chips, cracks, flea bites or repairs. I do see a very few dark specks (debris?) blown into the glass, but you have to really look to find them (see last pic for an ex...ample of this). There are also a few air bubbles blown into the the glass, scattered throughout, which is considered a normal occurrence during the production process. This will make a wonderful addition to your Italian art glass collection, or be a great gift idea for the Italian Art Glass enthusiast.
