China PRC Stamp 1967 SG 2383 Scott 980 Not Hinged

This is a used and cancelled PRC stamp from 1967. It is part of the set 'Poems of Mao Tse-tung'. Please check the photograph carefully where you will see several of the perfins on the lower right edge are poor otherwise they are all good. There is a slight crinkle in the surface of the stamp just above Mao's left hand and you can see this on the photo. The back of the stamp looks as thought it is still gummed with some slight wrinkles in the gum across the bottom (again, you can ...see this on the photo). Although the cancellation looks machine done across the left lower edge, if the stamp is still gummed then it might have been cancelled to order but the stamp does have a used look. It is in good condition apart from the perfins.The 2018 SG catalogue gives a value of £20 whereas the 2018 Scott catalogue values it at US$45.JUST REDUCED THE PRICE.
