These sweet sisters really complement each other. Made in 1996, they wear coordinating outfits. They are made of porcelain by Heather Maciak and are painted so realistically. These are not mass produced or commercially made. These dolls were made in very small editions and each outfit is one-of-a-kind.
Sarah Jane is the taller one, standing at 15 inches. She w...ears a little blue dotted dress with buttons down the front and yellow floral patch pockets.A short sleeved yellow print jacket, a blue headband and lovely yellow strappy sandals complete the outfit.
Her little sister, Elizabeth Anne, stands 11 inches tall. Her matching outfit consists of a blue dotted jumper with a floral print top and hem.Her pale yellow T-shirt matches her yellow sandals. Her hat has embroidered yellow flowers.
Both sisters have matching red hair. These dolls have one-of-a-kind outfits.Sarah Jane is number 2 and Elizabeth Anne is number 3.
They are signed by Heather Maciak on the back of their heads. My photo shows the markings on Elizabeth Anne. Sarah Jane's is covered by her hair.
Heather Maciak became a member of NIADA in 1997 and her dolls have always been popular with collectors.
Looking at these cuties, you can see why everyone loves them!! They truly are adorable!
