***Brand new Truly Me 86 doll transformed into the Sugar Plum Fairy! She has been given glittery eye liner as pictured as well as hand painted lips and a pinch of color to her cheeks. All face paint has been sealed. I can add additional make up if her buyer so chooses, such as painted lashes, eyebrows redone, glittery eye shadow, etc. I created her to look as closely as possible to the American Girl Limited Edition Sugar Plum Fairy that is now sold out.
