Hello, up for auction is a rare antique WWII Bulgarian German ally army gas mask with a filter. As German ally during the two world wars, Bulgarian army was equipped with German equipment or such made in Bulgarian after German model. This gas mask is made after the Gasmaske of the Drägerwerk. The Draer factory gave the producer license to the Bulgarian state factory – DVF (Durjavna Voenna Fabrika/Bulgarian military factory) in the town of Kazanluk. On the flap is seen the king... Boris III coat of arms - a standing on a shield lion with the royal crown above and below are the DVF letters standing for Bulgarian military factory. The filter has the original label "Gas mask number …. Tested on 12. August 1939"
