The doll is brand new in the box and has never been removed from the box. The doll and box are in great condition. The box has none to minimal scratches and dents. The item is stored in a cool environment with no sun damage, pets, or odors (smoke mildew).
The main shipping method is USPS Priority Mail with tracking. I will ship the it...em within 5 business days of payment. NOTE: Due to the pandemic, shipping may be slower than usual so please be patient! Also, it may take USPS a few days to update tracking information.
