2 handed Scottish or possibly German Medieval broadsword, the sword is an impressive long 48.1/2 inches and the blade alone is 39 inches long, . genuine age pitting and marks to the blade with no visible armourer marks , the iron cross guard has what might be old armourers marks but worn down and hard to make out although one looks to be a eagle or type of bird. the grip is twisted formed wire that is very well done and in good condition. the iron pommel is both heavy and s...trong, overall the sword retains much of its original blackening to the iron parts,
