TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms & conditions are here to protect you as the buyer, customer & us as the seller, contractor. Please read them carefully & do not hesitate to contact us with any queries regarding them. All sales & work carried out are subject to are full terms & conditions below. 
General terms: 1) Placing an order & French polishing, restoration work: We accept all major credit cards has payment, overseen by Barclaycard credit card services, Bank transfer, Paypal, Cash, Cheques, requiring them to be cleared first before the release of the item or items. Payment must be made & accepted first before a purchased item is dispatched any restoration or French Polishing work must be paid in full, prior to the return of the restored or freshly French Polished item or items. 
2) Delivery: It is best to inquire first the delivery charge & possible dates of delivery before making a purchase, although in England most deliveries should be are standard rate of £75 delivery. Outside England, UK rest of the world prices do vary accordingly. We do try to dispatch are items as fast as we can, but the item must be to are very high standards before we send it. This may lead to a very small delay in dispatch of the piece if it requires any finishing touches before we dispatch it. But you shall be notified of any delay in advance. Also to save on costs we use a very trusted & insured courier company to deliver in the UK, so delivery is subject to when they can fit it into there schedule. You will be notified with much correspondence in arranging delivery times & dates to suit all parties. Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties or local taxes that may be incurred on items sent outside of the European Union.  3) Returns: Although we try are utmost to make sure are items are sent out in the best possible condition we can send them. & with much previous correspondence that the customer is fully aware of what there purchasing & the current condition the items are in & with any imperfections highlighted. We do offer a 14 day money back guarantee, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. Although the buyer must return the item to us at their expense & in the exact condition to what it was delivered to you in. The buyer & recipient of the French polished piece takes over its full responsibility of the item on delivery. You are responsible for its care & well being. Although we do offer free advice & help as much as possible with your purchased, restored or French polished item. 
4) On site work: We are fully covered with £1.5 million pounds worth of public liability insurance & have all relevant Health & Safety CSCS Cards. When carrying out work on site, either for a private client or Business. Payment is expected in full, immediately when the work is finished & completed. By bank transfer preferably, credit card, cash, & cheque is only accepted with prior agreement. 
5) Law: This contract shall be governed exclusively by the law of England & Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.  6) Force Majeure: 
Neither party shall be liable for any default due to act of God, war, strike or lock-out, industrial action, fire or any other event beyond the reasonable control of either party. Read more
