This lamp is beautifully hand painted. Made in France and is signed "Jean". The porcelain part of the lamp is approx 13" tall and has a hand painted wood base that is 4" tall. With the metal top and finial, total height is 31". The lamp does not have a shade with it. Lamp is in working order. No chips or cracks, and is in very good condition. The wood base has some minor wear and some paint loss.
