VINTAGE Doll made in JAPAN BIG Blue Eyed Brunette Pigtails wearing flip flops or sandals. Rubber, Vinyl. Her right arm moves. Approximately 5” tall.She is so cute. Condition is Preowned In Excellent Condition. Very great condition for a mid century toy. Very little signs of wear. The rubber bands in her hair were red and brittle due to age. One sort of (melted). I removed them and replaced with black rubber bands. See pictures.
