The new Hostess Casserole, better known by its unofficial name, Blue Wheat, retailed for $2.95. Included in this price was the 1½ quart Round Casserole (023), clear lid and cradle. The white casserole is decorated with a single sprig of light blue wheat.This pattern was only produced and sold in 1961.This Pyrex bowl is in excellent Vintage condition. There are a few tiny surface scratches on the inside of the bowl that are consistent age and use. The scratches are very hard to see, bu...t I took a close up picture so they are the most visible.
