Adorable antique Effanbee composition boy doll dressed in his original outfit and shoes. At 24" long, he's as big as a real baby! He has a red wooly caracul wig, big blue flirty eyes with sable lashes, and a precious Sweetie Pie face. His head, arms and legs are composition; body is cloth. The doll is marked "Effanbee" on the back of the head. He is wearing his original 3 piece outfit, rayon socks and oilcloth shoes. His cloth body is in beautiful condition and clean. There are some h...airline cracks to the paint on his face, and lifting and cracking on his legs. Please be sure to supersize the photos for details.
