The cover from Bucharest franked with German overprinted stamps 1917, issued for occupied Romania and Romanian Tax stamps overprinted with M.V.i.R and cancelled in 1917. Very interesting variety: the tax stamp on white paper with shifted overprint. Censored. Genuine.... Rare.
