There are two manufacturers of Antiquity lids. This is American Standard, not Kohler! Be sure to look at the picture carefully. If your lid has an oval pattern on top, this is the wrong one. Model 735036-400 The lid measures about 18 3/4" x 8 3/4" at the widest outside edges. Your tank should be about 17 3/4" x 7 3/4" at the outside. Contact me for more info and measurements.
