Moroccan Style Dollhouse Miniature Sofa in 1/12 Scale Measuring approximately 6 inches long by 3 1/2 inches high by 3 1/2 inches deep and features an upholstered sofa with seven (removable) upholstered pillows with decorative piping. The sofa appears to be made of laser cut wood which has been stained nicely.The piece is used and from an estate collection and is in relatively good condition however the back of the sofa is disconnected as seen in the photograph. One of the pillows has a... small hole where the threads have separated from the seam. The piece however does remain upright and and stable. The fabric is bright and relatively clean.Condition is “Used”.On Jan-27-21 at 13:23:32 PST, seller added the following information:From a follower of this item: FYI. The fabrics, style and pillow jewelry findings of this piece matches the furniture making class taught by Ron Hubble for his Seville room box. For my class at Shellie's Miniature Mania, San Carlos, CA, Ron used a different trim for the sofa base. I think our trim was poured resin. The furniture class included the sofa, two over sized side chairs with rolled fabric arms and many pillows for $350.00. All of the fabrics are made from satin and the pillows are filled with sand for realistic positioning. Any fabric tears can be repaired with Fabri Tac, which is what Ron used.
