Vintage Barbie 1965 Brunette High Color Bend Leg Ken Lifelike Bendable Legs MIB

Up for sale is this gorgeous high-color bend-leg Brunette Ken doll from 1965 in his original box. Doll has striking face paint with blush, nice painted hair (almost perfect but maybe a few minor light rubs), clean body with no chews, pin pricks, etc. (limbs are not loose or swingy and both knees click/hold positions). He wears his original red shorts and blue jacket with "K" and has been carefully re-placed in the original box along with his stand, booklet and sandals (in new cell...o bag). Box has been repaired with several seams and tears carefully glued (the tape marks seen on the one corner of the lid are just residue - no tape remains). Box lid also has a puncture between the tail of the "K" and "He's a doll" - probably from a gift bow. Box also just has some general wear as seen in photos. While not for someone who wants true NRFB/minty, it is a nice mint-in-box example that displays well without the NRFB price. This doll really does not show up often with the original box and high-color makeup. Please view the photos for details of condition.
