Original Description:
This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Carl Thieme Dresden Studio around 1900.  The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 1 3/4 inches high.The cup and saucer are shaped with 12 panels, a rather unique shape.  It is beautifully hand painted in the Meissen style with scenes of lovers alternating with panels of flowers. There is fancy gilding and trim.  Little flower buds dot the inside of the cup.  This demitasse cup and... saucer has so much detail and charm. 
CONDITION:  The saucer has just a touch of rubbing that is barely noticeable.  (See photos.)
