Signature Design by Ashley- Taber Table Lamp Antique Gray (Bulbs Not Included) 2- Item is new as seen in the photos but you can see there is some where to the original packaging. Light Bulb is not included with this item. As seen in photos there are some small chips in the lamp, also as seen in the 4th and 5th photo there is a white substance that we are bringing to your attention for review that is on the lamp. The lamp is was like that when we opened it. Assuming it is the... type of metal and paint used on it.
