The items I sell are Barn and Farmhouse finds from old farm estates throughout Missouri and Iowa. Many of them have been cleaned to preserve their original old patinas and are ready for display. Every step is taken to protect the evidence of years of use and a...ging. Some items we leave in as-found, rustic condition with rust, dust and dirt to be restored to your liking. With this in mind- I will answer any questions you have about an item as promptly and thoroughly as possible. When you purchase the item, it will ship within 2 business day of payment. Items are shipped directly, so you wont have to wait for me to “drop it off at the post office" in a couple of days. I will pack your purchase carefully, with the end goal of arriving safely. I often sell heavy, fragile, large, and unusually shaped items. I know how to pack your purchase for safe shipment. Payment is politely expected within 48 hours of winning the item. If the item is not paid for within 4 days, eBay will open an unpaid item case automatically. But your purchase is insured against loss (at my expense) However, patience often pays. If not, it’ll take about 30 business days before I can file a claim and issue a refund for loss.
