3 Antique German Pull Toy Donkey On Rolling Platform Wheels. Steiff?

These were in a large High-End collection of German collectibles.  But have not been able to exactly identify them as Steiff.  A google search of Steiff donkeys shows many donkeys on rolling platforms identical to this, but no tell-tale signs of identification.  The chrome 12"=1' ruler added for scale.   Send any questions and I will best answer your inquiries or supply additional photos.
