Original Description:
Steiff Gnome LUCKI. This wonderful Gnome made by Steiff of Germany in the late 1950's and early 1960's. He retains his chest tag and also the plastic ring around his left wrist which has his Steiff yellow flag and raised silver script button, EAN No. 730, 2. His rubber face shows some age (mine too) and is cracking. Beeswax was applied to moisturize to prevent further cracking. The right side of his lower neck has cracked through His mohair beard is full and charming. He has a happy ex...pression on his face and is looking for a family to share it with.
