VINTAGE PLUSH HOBO, BUM WITH CIGAR, RUBBER FACE, HANDS AND EARS. HAS THE RUSHTON CO TAG ON HIS TUSH. HE IS 20" TALL. HE IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION,  IN HIS HIS ORIGINAL CLOTHES.  FELT SHOES ARE IN VERY NICE CONDITION. NO HOLES AND VERY LITTLE PAINT LOSS IF ANY. I DO NOT HAVE HIS HAT. HIS HANDS NEED CLEANED A BIT AND HAVE A COUPLE WHITE MARKS- PLEASE SEE PICTURES
