DESCRIPTION:Offered is a wonderful vintage / antique oval hand-made, reversible, wool braided rug in a multitude of colorful, twisted wool fabric remnants. Deep blue border. Americana at it's best, this large area rug measures: 9'-10" long x 6'-3" wide. Perfect for under a dining table or as a living or family room centerpiece. It's vintage, possibly pre-1940. No stitching holds the braided rows together...this rug was made strictly the old-fashioned way, by braiding. Ti...ghtly woven, this rug has kept it's shape remarkably well. It weighs 45 lbs.
CONDITION:Very good overall condition. No repairs, no tears. Light wear. Some color bleeding as shown, mostly on the underside. Luckily the vibrant colors don't show these very minor blemishes.
