This plate was produced in Germany by KPM Royal Berlin in the 1890s. It measures 9 5/8 inches in diameter. It is beautifully hand painted and gilded in art nouveau style. There is cobalt blue trim around the scalloped rim. The use of color and design are quite elegant. CONDITION: There is a tiny chip on the front of the plate that has been glued in place.
