Vintage Effanbee "Fluffy" Brownie Scout uniform: brown cotton dress with brown painted metal buttons, brown felt cap with orange logo, & one belt. There are two belts shown and I do not know which is correct; one is felt & the other is leatherette; both have metal buckles. Condition on dress & cap is clean. The dress is mint; the cap had a missing tiny piece of its felt missing near the logo - I used old brown felt & filled in this area, then lined the entire inside bot...tom edge to even it out......looks great!
