Antique sampler, framed. 8 1/8" x 8 1/8", measure with the frame. Hand painted birds and flowers on linen. Needlework alphabet. Early 1900's. Dark wood frame, glass front. Back hanger is wire. Pressed paper calendar month dated 1907 was used for the back, over paper. I couldn't read all of the text, but what I see is "Hannah Roher her sampler wrought in the twelfth year of her age D. 129" . Paper, on the back, is torn.
