This Astra IIIB Celestaire Marine Sextant was going to be our navigational device if we ever needed to abandon ship while crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Fortunately, it never came to that and thus it never was used other than trying to replicate our position with it a couple times. It appears to have all of the original parts. The case is missing a little rubber foot.
