Please notice this is just a quilt TOP: it is NOT a finished quilt, as there is no batting or backing beneath the pieced fabrics shown in the photos.
Also, please, notice the quilt top has what seems to be "missing" triangles on all 4 sides, because of the layout of this particular quilt pattern.
This was pieced and set in a rustic or maybe unskilled manner, as there are many obvious errors that detract from "perfection", but the optical effect that the Ocean Waves pattern ...produces was clearly achieved.
The printed fabric is, we believe, feed sack. The other fabrics are solid blue and they are simply cotton.
The piecing was done by machine (check pic # 12 of the underside).
It measures 80" by 63" across; the bed is a queen, 80" by 60".
