Washington hand blown cased glass with a clear glass overlay on a li...ght-yellow colored interior. The top has a ruffled edge with a herringbone pattern. The design of the piece is interesting. There are no chips or cracks. The quality is very good with a few minor manufacturer's spots on the side. It measures 4" tall with a 4 1/4" diameter.
