A few years ago, I was in my hometownfor Christmas and I went to see my grandmother in the retirement home where she lived. After a pleasant visit I waswalking out and passed an old woman in the common room, she greeted me andasked if I had seen the Tooth Fairy. Iwas a little puzzled at first but then replied, “No, I haven’t been visited by the ToothFairy since I was a child, she would ...bring me a dollar whenever I lost a tooth.” The old woman said, “Not that Tooth Fairy, I’m talking about the one who visits oldpeople when their teeth get brittle and fall out. He has been here and he’s not very nice. He doesn’t leave money....he TAKES things!” Suddenly a nurse appeared and said, “Mildred, it’s time for BINGO, let’s go, ” and began to lead her away. As the old woman was turning to go, shelooked at me and said, “You’ll see one day.” Then she smiled, and I couldn’t help butnoticed she was missing several of her teeth. I’m really not looking forward to finding out what she was talking about. That is my creepy Christmasstory for all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! I hope 2021 will bring you great joy, peace, happiness and healthy teeth. This teapot is 13 inches tall, the lid is made of pottery, welded metal and wire, the teeth and bones are made of porcelain. Thanks for looking, Mitchell. Facebook – “Grafton Pottery”
