An antique Russian 14 carat gold miniature Easter egg charm / pendant; beautifully made, with a butterfly motif set with tiny rose cut diamonds, a bright ruby and a demantoid garnet. Superb quality, extremely scarce & immensely collecitble...so wearable too!CONDITION: Very good. Slightest signs of wear & tarnish commensurate with age and use. Minor abrasions to ruby & garnet. Three tiny dia...monds probably old replacements.DATE/MARKS: Around 1900. Marked '56' with assay master marks.DIMENSIONS: 18 mm long (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.WEIGHT: Approx. 2.7 grams.Click here to view our other items.
