Dates from 1886-1996.Pattern: LAFAYETTE (now discontinued)This exquisite French porcelain plant pot or cache pot features delicate florals in pink, blue and green on a pure white ground, banded in gold. This pattern, manufactured from 1986-1996, was reproduced from a set presented to the Marquis de LaFayette in 1789. The original, created by the famous Manufacture Nationale de Sevres, is displayed in the Louvres in Paris. This is an u...nusual piece and particularly hard to find. Approximate dimensions : Diameter 8”, Height 7.75”.Excellent vintage pre owned condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Very mild fading of gold rim affecting about an inch but barely noticeable.
