THIS IS A RARE 8 DAY AMERICAN SHELF CLOCK, MANUFACTURED BY THE E.N WELCH CLOCK COMPANY USA -  THIS MODEL HAS AN UNUSUAL ALARM FEATURE IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD BELL STRIKE.
THE MAIN PLATE IS STAMPED "E.N WELCH M'FG CO. "THE ORIGINAL LABEL STILL REMAINS ON THE INSIDE OF THE CASE.
THE TIMBER CASE IS IN FAIR CONDITION WITH SOME WEAR TO THE TIMBER FINISH ON THE LEFT SPIRE.THE ORIGINAL PAINTED METAL DIAL PLATE, PENDULUM AND GLASS ARE ALL IN FAIR CONDITION. THE CLOCK HAS LO...VELY PIERCED DECORATIVE HANDS.- PLEASE SEE IMAGES FOR CONDITION REFERENCE
THE CLOCK HAS A KEY & IS RUNNING BUT STOPS REGULARLY & NEEDS SERVICING AND THE STRIKE ADJUSTING BUT THE MOVEMENT IS ALL THERE.
