This listing if for a pair of Rookwood Pottery candlesticks, shape #822D, dated 1920. They have a soft turquoise matte finish on a slender body with a flared base.
They measure 6 1/2" high with a 2 1/2" diameter top and 4 1/2" diameter base. The candle opening is 7/8" in diameter. The combined weight of the two candlesticks is just under 2 pounds.The base is marked with the incised Rookwood Pottery trademark "flame" stamp with "XX" below. This dates the candlesticks to 1920.
Bo...th candlesticks are in excellent estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Any crazing is extremely faint.
