Here is a Antique apple peeler in very good used condition. I do not know how these work but it stops when it comes around in the same spot and wont go on unless you pull out on the cutter. That may be how it is designed to work , so please be aware of that. I do not see anything broken or worn but the spring has been stretched and that might be why it stops in that one spot.
