Up for auction is this old brass amulet from Nepal. Pieces like this were commonly used for Tibetan Buddhist religious practices. They were used in religious ceremonies and believed to have magical powers. This piece is cast of brass and strung on a small piece of leather cord. It shows heavy signs of aging and wear. It is partially tarnished black. It is somewhat crudely made without great detail. This is a great collectible item! I’m not exactly sure about how old it is, but it def...iantly has some age on it! Probably vintage or modern. Don’t pass it up!
