Up for auction is a FINE EARLY THAI INDIAN BRONZE MEDITATING PRAYING BUDDHA FIGURE w BASE STAND. A fine early example very conservatively dating to the 19th century if not possibly much older. Nice undisturbed early patina. Came from estate affixed to stand.
Condition: Minor imperfections consistent with early age. Overall substantially good as seen.
Size: The Buddha measures 5 inches tall, by 3 inches wide, and 6 3/4 inches tall including affixed stand. The Buddha with affixed stand weighs 674 grams.
